Vein Radio was created by Harvey McDonnell in the early part of 2005. The reason for starting Vein Radio was because of the lack of good quality music being played on the airways today. Large corporations have purchased most of the independent radio stations and their current playlists are to small and to commercial. What was needed was a quality radio station playing the type of music that most people want to hear. When was the last time you have heard a song by Joe Satriani or Jeff Beck played on main stream radio. Vein Radio is a labor of love for great Rock and the muscians that can produce a sound that gets under our skin and into our blood.
